Colleen is a Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) and Destination Specialist of Western Europe, Australia & New Zealand as well as North America. She is a Globus, Monograms and Avalon Waterways Expert. Colleen has successfully completed the College of Disney Knowledge and recently completed a term on the Earmarked Travel Advisory Council.
Colleen got the travel bug early in life and began her travel career after completing travel school. She has over 40-years of experience and provides her clients concierge service. One of her favorite trips was to Italy with Adventure by Disney, a trip of a lifetime! Other highlights of her travel journeys were numerous trips with Tauck to various locations.

CTC - Certified Travel Counselor
Colleen is the only CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) travel agent in the Greensburg area, as listed on the Travel Institute’s Website. A CTC Certification is offered by The Travel Institute. Formerly known as the ICTA, the Travel Institute is a nonprofit organization that has been educating and certifying travel professionals since 1964.
ASTA - American Society of Travel Agents
Port of Call Travel is also a member of ASTA, The American Society of Travel Agents. ASTA is the world’s largest association of travel professionals, with over 20,000 members. ASTA has a record of fighting for consumer rights and ASTA member travel agents are required to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.
Specializations
Certified agents attend seminars, take online and video classes, and then pass a test. Specialist agents also visit the area in question, developing first-hand experience invaluable in planning the best vacation for you.
Disney Specialist
Each member of Port of Call Travel’s staff has completed the College of Disney Knowledge Course. Colleen has been a member of Disney's Advisory Committee (EMTAC). Colleen, in addition to visiting Walt Disney World since it opened in 1971, and Disneyland, has also cruised on Disney Cruise Lines, enjoyed Aulani in Hawaii and was able to experience Adventures by Disney. Other staff members have also visited the Disney parks and cruised with Disney Cruise Lines numerous times.
Australia Specialist
With her firsthand knowledge of the attractions of this great country, Colleen can help plan the Australia trip that is right for you. To become a certified Australia Specialist, Colleen took courses and traveled to Australia. She continues to enhance her knowledge through additional courses and seminars.
Bermuda Specialist
Colleen has experienced firsthand the tremendous beauty and great travel opportunities presented by this destination paradise. To enhance her knowledge, Colleen has attended seminars, taken courses, and returned to Bermuda time and time again.
